Todd Hetherington is the Chief Executive Officer of NM Management, Inc., the parent company of all of NM's real estate service companies including CENTURY 21 New Millennium, 1st County Mortgage, Bay County Title and Escrow, Proactive Property Management, and NM Insurance.
Hetherington began his real estate career in 1988 as an agent and earned the NVAR Life Member, Top Producer and NVAR Life Member, Million Dollar Sales Club awards and has owned his own real estate company since 1991. In 1998, he merged his company with another local CENTURY 21® broker forming CENTURY 21 New Millennium.
Hetherington earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY and his Master of Engineering Administration from The George Washington University, Washington, DC. Hetherington resides in Fairfax County, VA where he and his wife keep busy juggling their three children's busy school, scouts, and sports schedules. |

Mary Lynn Stone is the President of NM Management, Inc., the parent company of all of NM's real estate service companies including CENTURY 21 New Millennium, 1st County Mortgage, Bay County Title and Escrow, Proactive Property Management, and NM Insurance. Stone has direct responsibility for overseeing the operation of twelve CENTURY 21 New Millennium real estate offices throughout VA and MD.
A 30 year veteran of the real estate industry, Stone owned and operated her own real estate company in Maryland from 1992 to 1999, when she merged her company with CENTURY 21 New Millennium. Stone serves as a Member at Large with the Tri-County Council of Southern Maryland. She has also been a member of the Economic Planning Growth and Protection Committee for the State of Maryland. Stone holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Maryland. Stone resides in St. Mary's County, MD with her husband, Joe, and their two children.
