Marcia Soforenko
Marcia brings 30 years of "across the board" experience in the title and escrow business from search and underwriting to the settlement table to Bay County Settlements, Inc. Her customer service, not only with the purchasers and sellers, but with the real estate agents is a very important role that she plays as a Title Agent. Her philosophy is "always be positive" no matter what the circumstance.
She recently relocated to Northern Virginia from South Florida where she was employed for 12 years with Florida Title & Guarantee an affiliate of Prudential Florida Realty and was awarded with the most units closed as well as highest volume brought in consecutively for 3 years running.
Marcia holds Title Agents Licenses in both Virginia and Florida and resides in Fairfax County, Virginia with her husband Jeffrey.
Pam Wharton
Pam is a native of Fredericksburg, Virginia. She has worked in real estate since 1998. She is the Committee Chair for Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors Community Outreach Working Group, and Treasurer for Fredericksburg Realtor Foundation. She is on the Board of Directors for Rappahannock Area Big Brothers Big Sisters. Pam is also a member of The Chamber of Commerce's Next Generation Business Leaders group. She has one son.
